Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

Premium subscriptions for Naru are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment
  • You have reviewed and understand the features included in your subscription tier
  • All sales are final and no refunds will be issued except as outlined in Section 3

2. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is different from a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the following will apply:

  • Access Until End of Billing Period: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future billing periods
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period
  • Resubscription: You may resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided by your payment processor, or contact us via our Discord support server for assistance.

3. Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount or experienced a duplicate charge
  • Technical Issues: If verified technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing premium features for an extended period
  • Unauthorized Purchases: If a purchase was made without your authorization (with appropriate verification)

All exceptions are granted at our sole discretion. Requesting an exception does not guarantee that one will be granted.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe you qualify for an exception as outlined in Section 3, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via our Discord support server
  • Provide your Discord username and relevant payment details (transaction ID, date of purchase)
  • Clearly explain the reason for your exception request
  • Include any supporting documentation or screenshots if applicable

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and respond. We will notify you of our decision via Discord.
